On our way to Lake Como we decided to stop in Geneva for a couple hours. Both Lawrence and I have been there before but it’s always nice to revisit a place you know. We were only there for an hour and a half but we had enough time to walk to lake, see the big fountain, have a paddle and get accosted by swans. I do love Geneva, even if it is expensive as all hell.

Travelling through Switzerland had been lovely today as well. The best scenery from any train – as well as it being one of the most comfortable to ride on. We’ve had a few changes already today as well and so far it’s been all very smooth. Our route involves going all the way up to Zurich and then down to Lugano. We’ve really been across a great deal of the country today and I’ve honestly enjoyed mostly all of it.
It’s unbelievably beautiful country. I’ll definitely store my money here when I’m tax dodging. Maybe I’ll ask Richi for a hand now he’s out of a job.

For more images of my travel though Switzerland – I’m fairly certain Lawrence has been making a TikTok…
